Cancellation Policy
NO EXCHANGE OR REFUND ONCE THE PRODUCT IS DELIVERED
As the products we sell are intimate pieces of clothing, we are currently not accepting any returns or exchanges for these products. In case you have received a defective piece we can initiate an exchange upon careful consideration, but there will be no exchange or refund.
In case of requests for order cancellations, we reserves the right to accept or reject requests for order cancellations for any reason.
As part of usual business practice, if Arz by Arzoo receives a cancellation notice and the order has not been dispatched, we shall cancel the order and refund the entire amount. However please note your cancellation request must be done before the product has been dispatched.
Arz by Arzoo shall not be able to cancel orders that have already been dispatched. We shall have the full right to decide whether an order has been dispatched or not.
How can I cancel my order?
There are 2 ways to cancel your order:
Guest Users: If you have made your purchase as a guest, simply email us on arzbyarzoo@gmail.com with your order number so that we can proceed with your cancellation.
Registered User: As a registered user, you can simply click on this link and cancel your order.
